Its fun to spent 3-4 hours with family. It's good place for family fun. I understand not allowing outside food for sanity and safety reason. However charging $16 to allow food could not understand.
I am Loving it..If you want to spend whole day then this is the right place for that.. Allow food from outside.. You have to carry your own costume.. All kind of age group can enjoy.. Lazy river awesome... Good number of rides. Food available inside. Great experience :) Visit it again soon ;)
Everything was great! The only complaint I have is the fact that when my daughter was trying to figure out how to correctly sit in a single tube going down one of the slides (it was her first time alone), the life guard up there supervising was literally YELLING at her for how she was sitting. We kept asking him over and over if how she was sitting was okay. And he kept ignoring us. But then wanted to yell at her? Um no. Not going to yelling at my child. Who is VERY YOUNG. besides that. Our visit was great! The food was great. Our waiter at our cabana was extremely nice and took.great of us. And everything else was great!
Still I will recommend to others and as well visit next time.
The staff was friendly and curtious. The life guards on duty we're very nice and answered any questions we had. The park was clean overall. There were some items in the children's area that needed repair.
What stood out to me was the lack of a dress code policy. There were numerous people fully clothed in their street clothes swimming. I understand some religions believe in modest dress. There is swimwear available that will cover the whole body. If you're going to pay to swim, pay for a swimsuit. There were also two women in thong bikini bottoms. This is supposed to be a family friendly park. There are water parks that enforce only appropriate swimwear. I'll make sure to double check the policies before going to another water park.
The rides/pipes near the road, particularly the green and red pipe are not smooth. It was like riding a cheese grater and it hacked my elbows and side. The purple ride is just as bad. My rear hurt from the bumps bad. I told the staff, showed the injuries, and nothing was done. Exposing guests to a cheese grater is kind of dangerous for health hazards. Hello? Blood exposure! This park is just not up kept to safety standards. What's up with the lack of tubes to float in? Not worth the money.
