I brought my truck in for some much needed repairs. They were very detailed and polite and gave me many options of how to do these. I really liked how honest and open they were and the quality of repair was fast and top notch. As a local business owner of a driving school, with a fleet of 7 vehicle's I can think of no one better to keep my vehicle's in top notch shape and intend on using David's for many years to come. They definitely won a customer through their quality, speed of repair and pricing. Highly recommend!
I have been using this shop since David was one of the mechanics under Briggs. My family used it before I could drive and now I continue to come back. 20+years going here and they have really impressed me this time. They gave me a steal on replacing my clutch and then after the repair I heard a noise. They were happy to take it back and do some extensive diagnostics to find the issue. The biggest impression was that of David and Greg. They kept me in the loop and were open and honest the entire time. Greg even called me AFTER business hours from his own phone to let me know the next steps. Thanks Guys. Feels great to have a trusted shop that I can refer people to knowing they too will be impressed.
No luck finding a good mechanic anywhere in the north Dallas area until I was referred to these guys. A few shady mechanics at A1 honest made a laundry list of things my car needed. My car is over 200k so there is some work to be done, but it's been well maintained over the years. I knew some of them couldn't have been accurate. A1 told me I needed front and rear brakes because they were metal on metal. I knew the rear needed it, but I could visibly see pad on the front so I knew that wasn't true. Took my car here and had the rear brakes done within a few hours for a good price. I'll be coming back from now on.

From the senior black Labrador that invitingly greets you at the door, to the neat and clean children's toy and book corner, this business has a very welcoming atmosphere that reminds me of what shops used to looks like back when I was much younger. I've used this garage 4 different times, now, and have been very happy with the pricing, speed of service, and friendly atmosphere. I've spent over 1600 with them so far and intend to drop another 2.3k or so into completely fixing my car with them, because they have taken care of me repeatedly between scheduled visits when unexpected small problems have popped up.
Very nice people that care about the customers and will do just about anything to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. David is a very trust worthy person and he believes honor courage and commitment fullest at the shop he runs the shop very well and Gregg is one of the best technicians he is also trust worthy I recommend this place! Very nice people the entire crew rocks!! Shop is always clean magazines,television,coffee,snacks & the hand soap smells amazing
