Sandra was our sales associate and she was very helpful and patient with us while we were managing our high energy 2 year old from running all over the place like it was a playground. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and did I mention patient? Very clean and organized facility and NOT annoying sales associates that stalk you while you're looking around.
We had a great and easy experience. We were promptly greeted by Douglas and we told him what we were looking for. He told us where to look and then left us alone while we shopped. Once we found what we liked, he gave us great information. He was a great salesman! We made a purchase and it was so simple. I would encourage people to visit this particular store because it's much larger than other Rooms To Go. They had a much better selection over the Plano store we previously visited.
Thank God for Nebraska furniture mart. Because here I am an hour after speaking to rooms to go, picking up the same exact bed set, 5 minutes after buying it for less than it was at rooms to go! Save ur time and money!
Horrible service. Went to get a sleeper sofa and found one that I liked. Turns out there's multiple options for different mattress you can get with it. When asking 3 different sales rep for help. One straight up told me that it's a busy day and he won't help me till later when it isn't busy. Went straight to another older couple that entered the store and proceeded to help them instead. Guess he thought I was too young to buy anything. Second guy I asked, said sure let me find out. Then never came back, if your going to find out at least come back and let me know what's going on instead of me sitting there for an hour. Without any information on what's going on. Third guy straight up wouldn't help at all. Told me he's busy with another customer. He was just standing there at the entrance. Greeting new customers and asking if they need help. So yeah....seems like all the salesman are just picking out people who could be rich and ignore anyone else. This place is the freaking worst. If you want decent customer service go to Nebradka Furniture Mart. They were right across the highway, and have 200% better customer service. Ended up getting a sofa there instead. I regret ever shopping at rooms to go. Talk about a complete waste of time.
Worst service EVER. Save time and go across the street. I went into the store and had a bedroom set scheduled for delivery. Delivery time frame was 2pm-6pm. The driver arrived at 1:30. I wasn't home because I didn't think I needed to be there until 2pm. The driver left, so I called and had to speak to 3 different people. The last person I spoke too said that the driver would go make a different delivery and then return to my house. So I thought everything was okay. I waited at the house until 5 and decided to call back to see what was going on. THE DRIVER COMPLETED HIS ROUTE AND DROPPED MY STUFF BACK AT THE WAREHOUSE! So I asked if I could go to the warehouse and pick it up myself. The warehouse closed at 7pm. So the process that I would have to go through to be able to pick it (getting approved by 3 different managers) was going to take to long. So I asked for a refund, the stuff hasn't been delivered so I assume I could get a full refund. NO. They keep 20%.
Horrible service. We bought a "leather" couch for dining and from the looks of it, looks really good quality. Reality it is paper thin. Sheer, and you can leave holes in it if you use your finger to poke the "leather", like a paper bag. You can actually rip the material with your HANDS. SO EASILY. Do NOT recommend this store. We paid for expensive warranty, and ask for it to be fixed or replaced, they gave us back a call WEEKS later and said they don't cover rips. Warranty is horrible, they are liars. They steal thousands of dollars. Do not shop here. I suggest Nebraska Furniture Mart
