Ring of Hope is a great place to learn to box. You learn all the basics, and if you work hard enough, they will put you in the tournament group. The schedule is as following: You start off with the preparation/devotion period. Then on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays you go outside and run. On Tuesdays and Thursdays you do a tabata workout. Then we do our stations: Speed Bags, Heavy Bags, Ladders (Footwork), and Shadow boxing.
